With the initial goal of achieving our customer's strategic objectives, Category Management is a process that begins with collaborative planning with the retailer. This plan is then integrated into our daily routine, which includes the sourcing of the product, and culminates with timely and relevant critique and evaluation. But more importantly, Category Management is a process by which we assist the retailer in retaining and increasing consumer satisfaction.
